Evaluation for show

How did you collect feedback about the show?
I chose the way to collect feedback by using envelopes. It connect to my theme travel. My original idea to collect feedback for the show was to use post cards, They can write what ever they want to write, then put it into a post-box, which I can make by myself.


What did the discussion group say about the show?
Well planing, but lost thinking in details. We could do it better but we didn't. In the end of exhibition, some of group members forgot their roles. Not good enough at live exhibition on internet, didn't update live show in time. Before we started the show, we had a short meeting with Jenny, who is the catering teacher. We had a discussion about what we going to made. My role was gave a hand for catering, the food is alright. people very enjoy it.


What were the strengths and weaknesses of the whole show?
 The Strength,
Performance group was great, because of them, our show has been very successful and professional. The organisation showed how we've planing to given up a fantastic show.
The Weakness,
Well planing, but implement needs to improve. Thing must be get ready before we started, but we didn't think in details.

What did people of different ages, genders and backgrounds think about your show?
I guess there were three age groups, 3-18years, 19-30years, 30+.

Why did people feel different ways about the show?
We were in the middle, betweent professional presenter and sparetime planner.
